Are your products alcohol-free?
Yes, all our perfumes are 100% oil-based and alcohol-free unless stated otherwise.

How long does the fragrance last?
Longevity depends on usage and application. On average, our perfumes last approximately 4 hours with regular use.

Will your perfumes stain light-colored clothing since they are oil-based?
No, our perfumes are formulated to be non-staining. We have rigorously tested them and have received no complaints regarding marks on clothing.

Do you have a physical store where I can test the fragrances?
Yes! You can experience our fragrances in person at Afiyat Medical Centre in Mississauga.

Do you deliver across Canada?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Simply provide your address at checkout, and your order will be delivered to you.

Do you deliver to the USA?
Yes, we also ship across the United States. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

How long does delivery take within the GTA?
Orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are shipped via Canada Post and usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days.

For faster service, express/same-day delivery is available at an additional charge.

What is your return/exchange policy?
To ensure the integrity of returns and exchanges, we require a video recording of the package being opened for the first time.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges without this video proof.

Additionally, Zen Fragrances is not responsible for returns or exchanges due to allergic reactions, as individual sensitivities vary.
